Advanced Ons klim Vrydagmiddag 11 Sept 14h00 op die trein (hugenote stasie ) met jou mountainbike en reg aangetrek vir tog - alles wat jy by jou het moet jy weer Paarl toe bring op jou rug . Ons kom so teen 19h00 op Matjiesfontein - ons eet aandete by die hotel in fietry klere - gaan slaap in jou fietry klere , eet ontbyt in jou fietsry klere en ry dan via die Ceres Karoo / Tangua via Ceres ( hier eet ons gebakte vis en slap chips ) via Bainskloof terug huis toe sonder back-up voetuie , selfone heartrate monitors en ander goed . Totale afstand so 200 km en die pad is redelik plat(karoo gruispad ) so ons behoort 20km/uur te kan handhaaf en met stoppe teen 20h00 in Paarl terug te wees . Alles wat jy nodig het om by die huis te kom dra jy op jou eie rug . Ons gaan nie jaag nie want ons sal dalk iemand moet lift of sy fiets in stukke moet saamry .
