Mountain bikers who are planning to compete in this year’s MTN National Series would have invested lots of training over December and certainly subscribed to the school of more (and longer) is better.

The reason for this is that the first race that will take place in the MTN Series in 2010 will be the MTN Attakwas Extreme Mountain Bike Challenge over 135 kilometres (Oudtshoorn to Groot Brak). The race takes place on 16 January.
