Vir die van ons wat nie 'n garmin kan bekostig nie, maar wel 'n gps enabled foon het is hierdie nogal 'n lekker opsie. Ek het dit vanoggend die eerste keer gebruik.

Western Cape Mountain Bike Commission

Dear Mountain Biker,

• There are a few changes that was given through to us from SA MTB as well as CSA and we will be giving all of this through to you shortly.  This is regarding fun rides,, clubs as well as league racing.

• We will also be adding all Mountain Bike Events, which we can get our hands on, on the new website.  We're trying to give you one calendar where ALL races will be listed.  Please assist us in this where possible. Please visit our home page for all event info.

 

•  There's a lot of confusion in our province and we will be trying to clear all of this up for you.

Paarl MTB fruit mixed diced fruit salad

Wow, what happend to all you mtb ouens/vrouens when Natie and I left for the Epic ?

Ammal post nou rides...linksom Nederburg, regsom nederburg, andersom nederburg, maybe nederburg. Tempo slow, rustig, decided by pitchers etc etc.

Ek hoop die tendens duur deur die winter voort en dat almal nou regmaak vir mtb(wintersport) se races wat met die Tru Cape gaan begin op 8Mei in Grabouw. Die vroee oefenry het sekerlik nie net met die Trans Baviaans te doene nie ?

Maar ek hou van variasie en verskeidenheid..dis hier by ons te vinde. Tot sommige van ons neem mtb so ernstig op dat 'n ride onderbreek word om 'n bevalling te gaan doen en dan weer te join..al is dit nou vir koffie by Juno. ( die wit jas het gelukkig die ryklere mooi versteek) Skynbaar was die bevalling dringend, want die een ryer kon skaars bybly met die intog in die Paarl !

Mooi so julle, die energie en dringendheid is aansteeklik.

Gansbaai 26th June 2010

Hi All

We are having our second Gansbaai Funride/race on the 26th of June.  7.5km, 21km and 60km routes planned.  The 60km route has a bit of everything - more details as well as route descriptions and profiles here: http://mysite.mweb.co.za/residents/jcl/

Gesteelde drome

Vanoggend toe ek by die motorhuis kom en ek sien die deur wat oopstaan het ek geweet daar is fout... Stap toe binne en ek sien my en my pa se fietse WEG, GESTEEL!!! Ek voel so magteloos, want daar kan niks daaraan gedoen word nie. Giant XTC CO en XTC 3. Wees asseblief op die uitkyk vir hulle, twyfel sterk of iemand hulle ooit weer sal sien, maar nou ja.
